Speed of Acceptance:
We receive many songs on a daily basis, it can take upto 3 months to add your track to the schedule for air play.
However, for this reason, there is another option. When you have uploaded your file you will be presented with a Paypal donation button, If you choose to leave a donation, we will give your tracks a higher priority, getting them added much quicker.
Donation Options:
1. $5 or more guarantee inclusion to the playlist rotation within 24hrs!
2. $3 ~ $5 guarantee inclusion to the playlist rotation within 3 days.
3. $1 ~ $3 guarantee inclusion to the playlist rotation within 7 days.
4. No donation can take upto 3 months.
Please Note:
The donation option is per upload so if you intend to submit many tracks, pack them in a ZIP or RAR archive. All tracks contained in the archive will be added within the guaranteed time stated.

Submission Acceptance Process:
Each track will be judged based on the following criteria:

1. Suitability - Is the track suitable for Ez Radio - Track should fall within the following genres:
Chillout, Downtempo, Downbeat, Ambiant, Lounge, Acid Jazz, Modern Jazz, Trip-Hop, Drum & Bass, Breakbeat.
However, these may be the MAIN genres for our station, we would consider any track in any genre if we feel it fits the station. Obviously the chance of us playing dark metal is totally out, but we do play, for example Ozric Tentacles who do not fall within the above genres.
2. Audio Quality - The music being submitted should be of a broadcastable quality, ensure track levels are not too low or high that unexpected distortion or clipping is present.
3. File Names - ALL tracks submitted MUST have both artist and title present in the filename. You should have filename titled in this manor: Example: Artist - Title (Mix).mp3
Please remove all special chars except hyphen - and brackets ()
4. Max File Size - Regardless of the file type you submit the maximum file size allowed is 50mb any file greater then this will fail!
5. File Types - Your music should be submitted in MP3 format at no less then 128kbps. If submitting more then one song / track, please pack your files in a ZIP or RAR archive before uploading. |
