Feiyr.com aka Dance All Day is a german distribution company, ooops scratch that - Feiyr.com aka Dance All Day is a CRAP german distribution company that will very happily take all your money to distribute your tracks BADLY to itunes and so on...
Our experience has been a nightmare with these idiots, they have so many hidden charges its crazy! they even charge you to take down your music which is a ridiculous 30 euros per release!!!!
This is our experience and it is fact!
Our artist NDE (Near Death Experience) had a few releases via itunes and so on, the last 3 releases have been submitted incorrectly by Feiyr.com. The submitted artist was wrong which now means that NDEs tracks are spread across 3 artists...
When we asked them about this they said it could not be changed!!
This is their mistake!! they failed massively - its not too much to ask to have all your tracks released under the correct artist is it??
Anyways we had to give them an ultimatum to correct this or take down all our releases so we can go to a professional distribution company.
They then told us we can take our tracks when ever we wanted - but its really not that easy!! they charge a take down fee of 30 euros per release!!!!
The support Feiyr.com is tragic to say the least, that have a "dont give a fuck" attitude specially if it does not make them money... being a german company their english is diabolical! most of the time you are very lucky if you get any support, but when you do its very unhelpful..
Everytime we sent them an email we also sent a german version (thanks to google translate) so they had no excuse but they still either didnt reply or did not help with the problem.
The only thing that is free is the registeration CLAW!!!
Thats just so they can get their hooks in you..
